The Neural Resilience Method (NRM) is a six-session integrative program designed to help you gently reshape how your brain and body respond to anxiety, stress, and trauma. If you're stuck in loops of fear, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm—this method offers a structured, supportive path back to calm, clarity, and internal leadership.
Grounded in trauma-informed care, neuroscience, and guided imagery techniques, NRM works with the subconscious mind to restore balance, resilience, and a sense of personal authority.

What to Expect:
The NRM program includes:
· Six 90-minute sessions, scheduled 1–2 weeks apart
· A combination of education, somatic techniques, and subconscious re-patterning
· Custom tools to support nervous system regulation and self-leadership
· Optional integration sessions for continued support
· Professional tracking with GAD-7 and PHQ-9 (if desired)
How It Works – Session Overview
Session One: Foundations & Frameworks
We begin with education: how anxiety affects the nervous system, how subconscious patterns form, and how we can gently begin to shift them. You’ll complete two optional screening tools (GAD-7 and PHQ-9), and you’ll learn the Self-Care & Connection Protocol—a calming daily practice to support your nervous system from day one.
Session Two: HEAL & Self-Directed Neurointegration
You’ll be guided through the HEAL framework (as shared in Anatomy of a Soul’s Calling) and introduced to a powerful technique called Self-Directed Neurointegration—a structured guided imagery session that promotes internal regulation, agency, and emotional clarity. You’ll also create and begin using personalized “I Declare” statements.
Session Three: Strengthening Self-Agency
This session focuses on deepening the neural pathways of self-trust and emotional steadiness. We explore resistance, reframe limiting beliefs, and continue somatic anchoring so that you feel more capable and calm in real-world situations.
Sessions Four to Six: NRM Clearing Series
These sessions use a physician-guided clearing process to gently release subconscious blocks or trauma-related imprints. Each visit includes preparation, guided neural clearing, and post-session integration. These are the sessions where the most powerful shifts often occur.
Optional Integration Sessions
For those who wish to go deeper or revisit key areas, additional sessions are available.

About Dr. Mary Louder, DO
Developer & Facilitator of the Neural Resilience Method
As a board-certified osteopathic physician with advanced training in integrative, functional, and trauma-informed care. During my career that spans greater than three decades, I’ve helped patients navigate chronic stress, complex illness, and the emotional toll that often hides beneath the surface of physical symptoms.
The Neural Resilience Method (NRM) was born out of that work—years of listening deeply to patients, studying the neurobiology of trauma, and walking my own healing path. I developed NRM as a way to help people access the kind of internal change that traditional approaches often miss: the rewiring of fear-based patterns and the restoration of self-agency from the inside out.
This program blends what I know as a physician with what I trust as a human: that healing isn’t about symptom suppression—it’s about creating the conditions where your nervous system, your story, and your sense of self can reorganize in a more resilient way.
NRM is not just a clinical protocol. It’s a relationship-based process. I guide every session personally, creating a safe space for each person to reconnect with their body’s wisdom and their brain’s capacity for change.
